ChillCC Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the ChillCC application and related services. By connecting an account or using ChillCC, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must connect only platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for account security and for activity performed through your ChillCC workspace.
2. Permitted Use
You may use ChillCC to organize original content, review authorized account data, support customers, and publish content after reviewing the available settings. You must comply with applicable law and the terms, policies, music rules, commercial-content rules, and community guidelines of TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and other connected platforms.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ChillCC a limited permission to process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the video, audio, music, captions, trademarks, likenesses, and other materials you submit.
4. Publishing Controls
Before a TikTok post is submitted, ChillCC displays the connected creator identity and requires the user to select visibility and confirm interaction, disclosure, and music-usage settings. TikTok or another platform may process, moderate, delay, reject, restrict, or remove submitted content. ChillCC does not guarantee publication, availability, reach, or performance.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.
- Do not bypass platform consent screens, privacy choices, rate limits, security controls, or review requirements.
- Do not use ChillCC to spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or collect platform data without authorization.
- Do not attempt to access another user's credentials, tokens, workspace, or private data.
6. Third-Party Platforms
ChillCC depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability and rules may change. Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy.
7. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ChillCC and revoke connected-account access at any time. ChillCC may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain service security.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
ChillCC is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. ChillCC is not responsible for platform outages, moderation decisions, lost reach, or losses caused by content or settings submitted by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
